Công ty Cổ phần Cảng Cửa Ngõ Sài Gòn thông báo tuyển dụng chức danh Nhân viên An Toàn, An Ninh, Sức Khỏe, Môi Trường thuộc Phòng HSSE như sau: 

1. Position title and number of vacancies:

–  02 Nhân viên An Toàn, An Ninh, Sức Khỏe, Môi Trường.

2. Candidates:

3. Job description:

* Job purpose: Implement work safety, security, occupational hygiene, environmental protection, natural disaster prevention, search and rescue, and handling of work accidents. 

* Main responsibilities:  

– Công tác xây dựng và thực hiện chiến lược phát triển An toàn lao động 

+ Assess the current situation, collect data, propose goals and solutions to build a strategy for the field of occupational safety. 

+ Collect data, analyze, report and propose plans to implement business strategies in the field of occupational safety. 

+ Collect data, compile reports and participate in evaluating the implementation results of plans and strategies in the field of occupational safety. 

– Labor safety, labor protection and environmental sanitation 

+ Labor safety management (developing procedures/regulations, updating, disseminating, checking, monitoring, handling and resolving incidents and labor accidents), labor protection  

• Advise and propose to superiors on work related to labor safety in production at the company.  

• Planning for safety, health, and environment of the entire port 

• Disseminate and guide the implementation of legal documents related to occupational safety and health work.  

• Monitor, supervise and organize safety-security-health-environment training at the port 

• Monitor, inspect and urge safety-security-health-environment work in production 

• Update, supplement, compile regulations and instructions related to safety-security-health-environment work and draft decisions and submit them for signing and promulgation. 

• Coordinate with tailoring units to deliver PPE clothing directly to workers at the units. 

• Monitor the distribution and use of personal protective equipment at the port 

+ Quản lý và thực hiện công tác vệ sinh, môi trường của Công ty 

• Tham mưu, đề xuất công tác vệ sinh lao động trong công ty theo quy định của pháp luật.  

• Lập kế hoạch công tác vệ sinh lao động. 

• Phổ biến, hướng dẫn thực hiện các văn bản pháp luật liên quan đến công tác vệ sinh lao động.  

• Cập nhật, bổ sung, biên soạn các quy định, hướng dẫn có liên quan đến công tác Vệ sinh lao động và soạn thảo quyết định, trình ký ban hành. 

• Theo dõi, giám sát công tác huấn luyện vệ sinh lao động ở Cảng. 

• Giám sát, kiểm tra định kỳ, đột xuất công tác vệ sinh công nghiệp trong cảng. 

+ Coordinate health management for workers 

+ Develop and implement plans for natural disaster prevention, search and rescue, and oil spill response 

+ Carry out the Company's work of natural disaster prevention, search and rescue and environmental protection. 

• Advise and propose environmental protection, improvement and disaster prevention and control work in the company according to the provisions of law.  

• Plan for occupational hygiene, disaster prevention and control. 

• Disseminate and guide the implementation of legal documents related to labor hygiene, natural disaster prevention and control. 

• Update, supplement, compile regulations and instructions related to environmental protection work and draft decisions and submit for signing and promulgation. 

• Monitor, urge and inspect the implementation of the Environmental Protection Plan, Natural Disaster Prevention and Control of affiliated units according to the provisions of law.  

• Participate in supporting environmental inspection work of state management agencies 

+ Develop and update the Company's labor safety regulations. 

+ Monitor the implementation of the Company's labor safety regulations. 

+ Occupational safety risk management 

• Other work 

+ Advise on implementing the Company's innovation work 

+ Consulting on standardization of operational processes/business processes  

+ Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors. 

* Job requirements: 

– Education: Tốt nghiệp đại học chuyên ngành Bảo Hộ Lao Động hoặc tương đương; Có chứng nhận huấn luyện an toàn. 

- Experience: Có thời gian công tác thực tế 24 tháng trong lĩnh vực cùng chuyên môn. 

– Professional expertise: 

+ Quản lý an toàn; 

+ Quản lý môi trường; 

+ Lựa chọn nhà cung cấp 

– Năng lực tin học: Thành thạo chương trình ứng dụng xử lý văn bản. 

– Năng lực ngoại ngữ: English - Read and understand professional documents, communicate in common professional situations. 

– Năng lực khác: 

– Giải quyết vấn đề và ra quyết định; 

– Giao tiếp và thuyết phục; 

– Tổ chức và quản lý cơ sở dữ liệu

* Năng lực, hiểu biết, phẩm chất, kỹ năng: 

– Sức khỏe: Đủ sức khỏe làm việc theo quy định của cơ quan y tế; 

– Năng động, linh hoạt, trung thực, quyết đoán và có tinh thần trách nhiệm trong công việc. 

* Trình độ: 

– Trình độ văn hóa: Tốt nghiệp trung học phổ thông. 

– Expertise/Professionalism: University graduate majoring in the position title. 

5. Chế độ chính sách:

6. Hồ sơ dự tuyển:

6.2. Sơ yếu lý lịch cá nhân do cá nhân tự khai. 

6.3. Bản sao y các văn bằng, chứng chỉ.  

6.4. Giấy chứng nhận sức khoẻ do cơ quan y tế có thẩm quyền cấp trong thời hạn 60 ngày, tính đến ngày nộp hồ sơ đăng ký dự tuyển. 

6.5. Toàn bộ Hồ sơ đăng ký dự tuyển được đựng trong túi đựng hồ sơ kích thước 25cm x 35cm.
